Madame Yes opened in June of 2005 in Regina, Canada.

At the time, there were virtually no options for those who wanted to buy unique and alternative clothing in Regina. There were many "big box" chain-store options that allow people to dress "mainstream;" and for those who prefer the mainstream, these options are excellent.

On opening day in June 2005, customers were lined up into the street. We were shocked. Regina had rarely looked so cosmopolitan (much has changed since then). It is likely that local businesses and downtown workers came to realize that Regina is more diverse than they realized. Customers of Madame Yes come from all walks of life and from all ages, from teens to seniors.
